Gail Roberson



Gail Roberson is a Licensed Professional Counselor currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Over the past 27 years, Gail has served children, adults, families, and couples in South West  Missouri.   Gail is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges by offering a highly-personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she helps individuals, couples, and families to build on their strengths and supports them as they attain peace, companionship, and personal growth.  She is especially recognized for her work in the areas of:

Gail graduated in 1990 from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg Kansas with the Degree of Masters of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Community Based Counseling. Currently, Gail maintains a private practice in the heart of down-town Joplin Missouri. Her office is in a 1930's Victorian home in a quaint, nostalgic neighborhood with all the "character of old-Joplin".  She also is Clinical Director of Southern Light Counseling in multiple locations in South West Missouri. As Clinical Director of Southern Light Counseling, she also provides clinical supervision to Provisionally Licensed Counselors in multiple Southern Light locations in SW Missouri.
